RETURNS
All Xpress Yourself Publishing titles are returnable. Titles must be in print, free of stickers and marks, in salable condition, and returned at the customer's expense.

Merchandise returned in non-salable condition will be denied credit or refund and returned at customer's expense. Returns shipped on a collect basis will not be accepted.

Credit or refunds will be issued based on the list price and discount given to purchases during the past 12 months. If not direct purchase has been made, credit will be issued at current list price less maximum discount according to your buying schedule.

 Requests for review copies, and other publicity inquiries, will be accepted from industry affiliates, publications, media, and other related sources, on company letterhead only.

GENERAL INTEREST PERMISSIONS
For information on obtaining permissions for use of any material appearing in Xpress Yourself Publishing general interest fiction and non-fiction titles, please contact our Permissions Department.

Requests must be made in writing and may be mailed or faxed. Please state specifically the title and author (and copyright year or edition number, if possible) of the book you are planning to reference, and be as specific as possible regarding the intended use of materials. For selection reprint requests, please allow four to six weeks for response. Response time varies for other types of requests.

AUTHORS
If you would like to write a letter to an author of a general interest fiction, non-fiction or poetry book, you can send it to Xpress Yourself Publishing and we will forward it to him/her. Our policy is not to give out authors' addresses to protect their privacy. Please address the letter as follows:

 TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS
If you have a typographic or printing problem with an Xpress Yourself Publishing book you purchased, please send an e-mail to info@XpressYourselfPublishing.org. Be sure to include the title, author, and ISBN [International Standard Book Number] for the book in your message (to find the ISBN, look on the copyright page or on the back of the book).

 OUT-OF-PRINT TITLES
 Our catalog carries a listing only of Xpress Yourself Publishing titles that are currently available or coming soon. Currently, there are no out-of-print titles.
